PortakalOfis was established in 2000 by four computer and electronics engineers who are experts in software development . For the first two years, PortakalOfis was supported financially by the goverment for R&D activities to develop SupportAlive.

PortakalOfis is now a software and internet technologies company located in Istanbul, Turkey. Apart from our off-the-shelf software SupportAlive we develop customized software for our customers and give consulting services to our customers on web analytics .

We believe that the road to customer satisfaction is quality though we have developed methodologies for all of our business units and constantly monitor and improve our methodologies.
